Martini – If you are Classy and Classic
60ml Tanqueray Gin
5ml Dry Vermouth
Olive OR Lemon Zest
A Martini is not for the faint hearted. Straight gin slightly chilled and diluted with only a touch of other ingredients and flavours make this the most high octane cocktail around. Made famous by the ever so sexy James Bond, a Martini drinker is Classy, Chic and intelligent.

One of the oldest cocktails around, the Manhattan has often been attributed to Jenny Churchill, mother of Winston Churchill. The theory has been that a bartender created it for Mrs. Churchill in 1874, when she was throwing a party at New York’s Manhattan Club. The Manhattan is smooth, with a very mild kick. If you are elegant but fiery, this is the drink for you!

Russian Rose – If you are Sweet and Sincere
45ml Smirnoff No.21
15ml Triple Sec
30ml pink grapefruit juice
5ml rose syrup
Fresh basil
2 lime wedges, squeezed

The Russian Rose really is a twist on the Cosmopolitan using pink grapefruit juice instead of cranberry, as well as toning down the presence of the lime juice. The Russian Rose makes no attempt to be anything but a deliciously sweet and tasty indulgence and is a typical ladies drink.
