	The other day on my way out to lunch I walked in on the tail end of what to me seemed like one of my co workers crossing the line with the receptionist. Granted this young lady is very attractive but I don’t think that she deserves to be treated in this way. I overheard him telling her some kind of sexual comment to her. I only caught the tail end and then he walked off. This type of thing doesn't sit well with me, I told her that she doesn't need to put up with this and if he says anything ever again she should report him to the big boss. I was concerned she was upset and I just wanted her to know that she shouldn't feel trapped because she's new to the company. I was a little surprised with her reaction when she said to me that she didn't need my pep talk and she can handle it herself. In Which this kind of thrown me because the point wasn't for me to act like big brother was watching out for her. I was just trying to tell her that if this is something that she finds wrong it doesn’t have to be tolerated and she should report the guy. And now she has put up a huge wall with me and I have done nothing wrong.
