Taking it slowly but deliberately
Where do I start in this strange world, being apprehensive and not knowing exactly what to say!
I have come to realise that work issues have pre-occupied me for years, and have cost me dearly. I’ve had to re-evaluate my life and I believe that I have learnt what is, and what should be, important to me. I know the value of having someone standing beside you and with you to share the good times and to help each other through tough and rough times.
I have a quiet disposition and would like to be considered affectionate, responsible, honest, down-to-earth, decent, patient, respectful and loyal. Someone you would have no hesitation introducing to your family and friends. I believe I have a good sense of humour, and can take and give as good as I get.
I prefer social activities with small groups of friends and family rather than crowded venues full of unknown people. The pub and club scene is not for me. Basically I am seeking some company – no promises or commitments, but an opportunity – just someone who would enjoy a coffee, a good meal (out or in), a walk, a movie, some quiet time together.
I’m interested in making new friends, and if it leads to something else – good, if it doesn’t, well it can still be good. Don’t know what else to tell you. What happens next?............well, I guess that’s upto you!

Well I'm CJ, I live on the northside of Brisbane and I'm 25. I'm a full-time IT tech for a small company and study part-time.
I love socializing weather that be down at the pub for a few cold ones with the boys or chilling at home with mates, i also like to just chill at home watching a DVD or having a BBQ.
I like going for a cruise on the weekend, don't mind if i don't have a destination.....its just relaxing lol
I'm also not a gym junkie, but i like to keep in shape by swimming, running and cycling.
Also love the beach, don't go out clubbing much anymore but still don't mind it, more of a "let's go to the pub listen to some live music and play a few games of pool" sort of bloke.

I'm honest, hard-working and goal oriented, and I aim to get to the top without making enemies.
I take pride in my fitness, health and my appearance (without going so far as to straighten my hair - my twin brother actually has a GHD! WTF!)
I'm currently in between jobs, so now I'm either studying, running or working out. I don't bother with the clubs at all anymore, because really - who's going to mix your drink just the way you like it? Not many in Brisbane, that's for sure!
I also like to game online (not poker... I have a poker table in my apartment for that), but I'm not a basement/Big Bang nerd. I just like to game with friends, it's really entertaining :)
I am in the Army Reserve, but let's just say that I'm a Chef, and leave it at that. So, I am not looking for a housewife. I'm self sufficient and intend on staying that way. Though, I don't mind doing things together, as that's always nice, isn't it?
